10% discount applies for a consecutive stay of 3 weeks or more.
10% discount is applicable for return bookings.
Payment can be made by UK or US cheques or directly wired to our UK or Florida bank account. Alternatively secure payments can be made using all major credit cards through paypal, this does however incur a 4% transaction charge.
The balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking.
A 20% initial deposit secures your booking. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £80/$125 per week if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 6 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £45/$65. For your convenience we offer a variety of deposit payment methods. A security deposit of £200/$300 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.
