Just a note to tell you how much we enjoyed staying in your beautiful villa. It was just perfect! The weather wasn't very nice but our 12 year old gran-daughter still managed to get us in the pool a few times with her. We couldn't get a good reception on our phones so the PC came in really handy...it was also a great help for finding out what the weather was going to be like for the day.

The villa was lovely and clean and very well kept. We won't hesitate to recommend it to our family and friends and will most certainly book with you again next time we'er in Florida.

Amazing Anniversay

We have had an amazing honeymoon here.  The villa is fantastic - will definately recommend it to friends and family.
We've been very busy but have enjoyed every minute!  The 'all you can eat buffets' at Ponderosa and Golden Corral kept us going.  Great value!
We have so many magical memories to take away and you're never too old for Disney.  It's amazing!!

Fantastic Time

We had a fantastic time in your villa.  It was our second time here and we can't thank you enough for allowing us to stay.  It is everything you could want.  The kids were well entertained with the games room and all the board games on an evening.

Thank you so much for letting us all enjoy your beautiful villa.  It really has been like a home from home.  Felt very homely and welcoming from the minute we arrived.  We have all had a fantastic time.  Can’t believe we are going home today.  Kids have loved the games room and tellys in their bedrooms.  Villa in a great location for all the parks.  Made our holiday that much easier to get to all the parks we wanted to and enjoy everyting we have.  Hope to get back again next year.  Once again, a massive thank your.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week here.  Lots to see & do.  Lovely countryside to drive through.  The villa was very comfortable and met every need.  PC was great to keep in touch with family & friends back home.
Our favourtie activity was a personal airboat tour.
The pool was a joy!  We will surely come back again.

Absolutely loved the place.  From walking to swimming to seeing wildlife our stay was top notch.
I think we will be contacting you soon about locking down a week next time.

Our 2nd visit this year - We were here in March with our daughter & son-in-law (The Robinsons) who are now the proud parents of a 5 week old so wer unable to join us this time so instead we've brought my mum!
As before we really love staying here - it has everything.

We would love to return to this villa as the location was good, the pool lovely and warm and the house was really homely.  So hopefully if things work out for next year we will be in touch to arrange another visit.

We  have had a fantastic time here for 3 weeks, we really don’t want to go home.
The villa is in a great location, close to everything we needed.  We seen  loads of wildlife and could not of asked for anything more.  The golf clubs come in really handy as the lads played golf on quite a few occasions.

A great time was had by all - You've catered for everyone.  Super quiet location - just 8 mins from the shops and restsaurants of the 192, 9 mins from Disney and 5 minutes from Interstate 4.  Great local Golf courses especially Champions Gate just 5 mins away - I highly recommend it.  The villa has great views for wildlife watching and sunsets etc across the conservation areas it faces and is very private.  We had bike rides everyday and saw an alligator in the lake!  It was great to stay in a real residential area rather than a tourisy estate and the locals were really
friendly.  This Reunion area is really up and coming and definately the place to stay.

The whole family has really enjoyed their stay here at the villa.  We all found it very easy to settle into and it was a real home from home.
The pool was fantastic - Joe pretty much lived in there!  The computer was put to great use as well - its brill:-)
It was good that Disney was so close, it made it much easier for us to do everything we wanted.
The wildlife on a night was fab as well, seen everything!
We had the best possible holiday - even with the weather playing up on a few of the days.

What a "brilliant" home from home. Everything you could possibly want is here especially the little things you always forget!

The kids (8 & 10) always had something to do - the games room was well used.

Local eating places excellent and would recommend. Outback - try baby ribs with bloomin onion starter. Black Angus - excellent stakes.

Had our own little wildlife show every night, racoons, possums, woodpeckers, rabbits and many others we couldn't name. Both local takeaways are good - the Chinese and Italian.

The house was GREAT we had a ton of FUN. The pool makes for a EXCELLENT place to kick back and relax, the house is beautiful inside and out. We have been to Florida many time before and have always used Hotels to stay in, your house made this stay the BEST we have ever had. The neighbors are great they welcomed us to the neighborhood for the week, the wildlife was very nice to see (Snakes, wild Turkeys, Geckos, Raccoons and tons of Birds) I would like to thank you for the (GREAT Price & a GREAT Place) you gave us, we will look you up next time we head back to Florida.

Thanks for a great villa. The pool was more like a bath as I spent so much time in it. Internet was a bonus and I've never seen so many cable TV channels over here. The fridge came to good use as it was constantly full of beer and wine.

Excellent location, great facilities, and the hair straighteners saved Debbie from a near "hair disaster"!

Hello to all
I want everyone to know that after seeing hundreds of villas on the Internet we liked this one very much, but when we arrived here we were astonished at what it offers. (Swimming pool, billiards, ping-pong, direct TV, home theatre, all excellent. Our family spent the best vacation of our lives here.  I am enchanted and if we return we will return to this villa of course.                     

We're coming to the end of a month's stay in the villa and it has been one of, if not THE best holidays both of us have experienced. We're both very well travelled and between us have done about every holiday destination in the world. But we've found this the most relaxing.

The villa is excellent, the location is spot on and everything you need is provided. I FEEL MYSELF COMING OUT IN VERSE!

Thousand Oaks is a real home from home. If you are looking for peace and quiet you have got it at Thousand Oaks Villa. When the kids decide they want some action they have all the attractions 10 minutes away and many, many places to eat out if you want to. You have got Kennedy Space Centre 1 hours drive on the East Coast. Go west and you have the Gulf Coast (Clear Water and Tamper Bay). When it is time to relax and take in the sun you have the swimming pool to cool down in and Cable TV, Radio, DVDs, Books, and the Internet to keep in touch if you need or want to. I'll be back.
